Nondual Mindfulness Embodied with Loch Kelly

Nondual mindfulness embodied is both a way of being and a method to relieve the deepest levels of suffering. Nondual is a naturally embodied unity of the infinite and intimate dimensions of our being. Awakening is learnable and available as the next natural stage of human development. In this experiential workshop we will learn tools to access our effortless, awake loving nature and know the intelligence of your body from within.

In this program, you learn:

• How to access the “off switch” for your chattering mind
• Awareness yoga, moving awareness through the body and mind
• Moving and relating from new operating system to begin to stabilize awakening
• Ways to liberate difficult mental and emotional states by accessing openhearted awareness and welcoming all inner parts of you.

This retreat will help you shift into nondual mindfulness embodied to more deeply enjoy the beach, nature, and friendly community and to return home with more tools to remain home where ever you are.

Program Application

This retreat is meant for those already familiar and resonant with Loch’s work and Approach. It is required that those who attend have read one of Loch’s books, Shift Into Freedom or The Way of Effortless Mindfulness or listened to Loch in person, at an online presentation or on the Mobile Meditation Platform www.lochkelly.org/em

Your Teacher for this week: Loch Kelly

Loch Kelly, MDiv, LCSW, is the author two award winning books including The Way of Effortless Mindfulness. Loch is a leading meditation teacher, psychotherapist, and seminar leader for more than 30 years. He has worked in community mental health and counseled family members of 9/11 victims. Founder of the nonprofit Nondual Mindfulness Institute, Loch collaborates with neuroscientists at Yale, the University of Pennsylvania, and New York University to study how awareness training can enhance compassion and well-being. Loch is known for his warm sense of humor, and his practical, non-dual pointers, which help people directly glimpse awakening. www.nondualmindfulness.org
