Teacher Bio

Join Teddi B, one of the O.G.’s in the wellness industry. Her technique is a culmination of over 30 years of teaching in NYC, Washington D.C., San Francisco and now Denver, where she began with stroller classes with her baby in tow and now houses her studio in a beautiful historic building in downtown Denver. The Teddi B method not only changes women’s bodies forever, but empowers and helps women feel amazing.
