Sarah Oleson was introduced to Yoga at a young age when her mother brought her along to her to Yoga and Meditation classes in their hometown studio of Newburyport, MA. An active runner and athlete, and after many paths including managing a fast paced restaurant and earning a master’s degree in Elementary education, Sarah decided to take her yoga practice a step further. She completed her 200 hour Vinyasa Flow Teacher certification with Frog Lotus Yoga International in Bali, Indonesia in 2015, training and teaching alongside some of the best instructors in the world. She has completed a 500 hour YTT with Zuna Yoga, trained with Janet Stone, and has taught at world renowned retreat centers alongside Esther Perel, Deva Premal, and more. Sarah is constantly inspired by nature, spirituality, and the movement of breath and life through yoga.
