Join Amy, Jess, and Marybeth on this illuminating journey at Blue Spirit, a magical retreat center in Nosara, Costa Rica.

During the week, we appreciate that each movement and mindfulness practice is a ray of light that warms our bodies, nourishes our souls, and brightens our lives. Come bask in the sun with new and old friends at Blue Spirit and begin your year with a radiant glow.

We will offer daily Nia, Yoga, and Soulful Planning sessions, opportunities for excursions, and time to soak up the Pura Vida lifestyle.

Teacher's Bio

Marybeth is a dreamer, a master manifester, and healer. She wholeheartedly embraces change, even if it hurts a bit, and has discovered change to be a mysterious catalyst for her own growth and transformation.

For Marybeth, authenticity is NOT optional; it is essential! Thrilled to be 50, her education, travel, relationships, work, and of course play have guided her to step into her potential.

She brings 20 years of Nia practice to her classes, workshops and transformational retreats. Marybeth lights up when she witnesses people open to dream bigger, to live brighter, and to step into the life they desire.

Jess is a certified Black Belt Nia Instructor and RYT 200 yoga instructor. She loves how these sacred movement practices allow diverse participants to tap into their own joy. Jess is energized by the music, choreography, and supportive Nia community.
She is grounded by alignment principles and ancient philosophy of yoga. Jess also has a passion for travel and volunteering. She plans to return to Costa Rica in the summer with her family to build a sports court with a local community.

Amy is a life coach with an accreditation from the International Coach Federation. She is a catalyst for change and clarity when people feel stuck, and she offers moments of stillness when people want to connect to their heart.

Amy believes that Life Coaching helps people to transform and create a deeper trust within themselves which leads to a more fulfilling life. She draws on her time in nature to provide wisdom, courage, and endless possibilities. Amy stays in the flow of life by practicing Reiki, meditation, and yoga; along with, dancing, cooking, traveling, and being with family and friends.
