The Blue Spirit Longevity Week is a 7 day program that offers a deep immersion into regenerative practices to repair and revitalize your body and brain through a multi-faceted approach to self-care: optimal nutrition, detoxification, yoga, self-regulation, meditation, breath-work and state-of-the-art treatments that enhance mitochondrial energy and oxygenation.

We are offering the Blue Spirit Longevity Week at $695 per person – including the Detox Cleanse Program at no extra charge, plus the cost of your choice of housing and meals for 7 nights stay.

We serve 3 daily buffet style meals and a great variety of gourmet ovo-lacto vegetarian and vegan dishes – plus fish. Food allergies can be accommodated. Learn more about our cuisine here.

10:30 – 12:00 Group Session (Lectures, Practices & Learning Experiences)
12:00 – 1:30 Lunch Buffet

Free time to swim, walk on the beach, go on excursions (surfing or tennis lessons, horseback riding, zip-line canopy tour, etc.) or receive body-work/massage or individual treatments at the Longevity Center

Stephan Rechtschaffen, MD
Founder of Blue Spirit, physician and author Stephan teaches integrative approaches to longevity, time, stress reduction and well-being. Learn to attain and maintain greater vitality and a longer life, and discover ways to lead a more balanced life while coming deeper into the present moment.

Annette Knopp
As a meditation teacher, counselor and shamanic practitioner, Annette supports and mentors clients in their unique journeys of awakening and transformation. In her teachings she draws from a rich background in Indo-Tibetan meditation, the teachings of Sri Ramana Maharshi, modern Western psycho-spiritual integration, interpersonal neurobiology and somatic approaches to repair trauma.

Carolina Lopez-Montealegre, MD
Dr. Carolina, is our in house Costa Rican physician. She is passionate about longevity, integrative health and works to bring evidence-based approaches to natural medicine. She seeks to create a unique partnership with each of her patients and support them to reach their most full-filled self.

Sofia do Pico Sforza
Sofia is a Chef, Health Coach and Detox specialist with Argentinian roots who will share her secrets and experience about a healthy and balanced diet without missing the flavour & fun.
