However, the quality of our connections hinge foremost upon our relationship with ourselves. The question is: how centered and alive are we in our bodies, how attuned are we to our true values and authentic feelings – and how deeply do we feel connected to our innermost essence and the larger Whole?
This week draws from the ancient wisdom of Eastern meditative traditions as well as modern Western studies of interpersonal neurobiology and adult attachment relations. The program weaves a rich tapestry of inspiring lectures, experiential inquiries, guided meditations and effective practices that assist us in living in closer proximity to our true self and more wakeful and embodied connection with others.

Afternoon
TIME to rest, journal, swim, walk on the beach, receive bodywork or longevity treatments. On some afternoons, there will be simple, self-guided practice assignments.
